A rainy day

Yesterday was a rainy day so we found some paint and paper to occupy our time for a while.

Amazing watermelon and cantaloupe from the farmer's market! I can't wait until our watermelon and cantaloupe are ready, should just be a week or two! I don't think our watermelon will weigh 31 pounds like this one did!

Swimming!

Clara is becoming quite the swimmer. She likes using water wings, doesn't like going under water, but LOVES "pool days!" She will let go of the ladder herself and swim to someone. One day she just floated among everyone and just enjoyed herself.

July 4th Weekend

We had a lot of fun at STL over the 4th of July weekend. We went to the zoo, watched an airshow and fireworks at the arch, did some shopping, and ate and drank a lot. Clara loved the zoo. She was very anxious to see the penguins, which was nice because their area was kept very cold and on a hot July 4th day, it felt wonderful! Thanks Daniel and Amber for letting us stay with you.
