Clara had her six month checkup yesterday. She weighed 16 lbs 4 oz and was 25 1/4 in long. When she was born she was 7 lbs 6 oz and 19 1/2 in long-she is growing like a weed! Clara was a trooper getting 4 shots! We went ahead and had her flu shot while she was getting poked and prodded. She cried when they jabbed in the shots, but was smiling at the nurse by the time she left the room.
We are travelling to St. Louis this weekend with Lindsay and Dustin to visit Lesley and Drew. I hope Clara is up for the car ride! She is a good traveller when we go to Brookfield, but this will be a lot longer trip! We are planning on visiting the arch and having a St. Louis Day--bring on the front carry pack. I haven't used it in a while, Clara probably only weighed about 14 lbs the last time we went on a long walk.
