Colors

A former co-worker told me that a kid could learn anything that is on their place mat. CJ has learned her colors in just a couple of weeks because we talk about her place mat every evening at dinner. I'm searching the Internet for more place mats!

Flower Girl Dress

CJ's flower girl dress for Jenny's wedding is very cute, but I think we'll have to go with the bigger size. This one fits her perfect but the wedding isn't until September.

Flying

A few days ago Clara started "flying" on her own. She wanted us to say "ready, set" and she would say "go." She would then put her arms behind her and start running. This can go on for 15-20 minutes at a time.

Yummy Dessert

I haven't been baking lately, mainly to avoid calories, but my Mom and Dad were coming over so I made an angel food cake. Clara was very excited and gobbled her piece up in a heartbeat! On a side note, Clara has been demanding she pick out her clothes, shoes, and socks lately. So if you see any crazy outfits in the next months (or years) you will know why.
